SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rate vary depending on your shipping location and weight of your order PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out. ITEM(S) NOT DELIVERED? If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced. CUSTOM CHARGES: All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. TSH by Tonia has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION We do not accept cancellations. We start processing your order as soon as it is placed. RETURNS : *Item Must be returned within 8 working days from the day item is received *Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. *All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). *All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. *All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. EXCHANGES: *Items can only be exchanged based on buyer's original size order. *We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us. *In a situation where item of choice is no longer available, buyer can choose another available item of equal value from our shop.
