Products are shipped out 2-4 business days after we receive your order.
All orders are expected to be delivered 3-6 business days later except for all next day delivery orders.

MAE OTTI wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return post-dated 1-7 days after receiving your original order by mail. Merchandise must be returned with the original tags and proof of purchase attached and in saleable condition. Mismatched items cannot be accepted for return.

  • Items must be mailed out 1-7 days after receiving products.
  • Clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Clearance items are only eligible for credit or exchange only.
  • Please call customer service for returns.

With Proof of Purchase: With either your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return slip or packing slip, you will get a complete refund in the original form of payment.

You do not have proof of purchase: No problem! You may still be eligible for store credit for the item's lowest selling price within the last 30 days.*
