We ship with DHL. Items can take up to 6 weeks to be ready then 2 to 3 days to get to you

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75/R800 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our return policy lasts 15 days for exchanges and 5 days for refunds. We are always happy to serve you!

In case you made a purchase and the fabric is not available will send you few fabrics proposals. But we can not refund you right away after you've placed an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as accessories, intimates, beauty products, hair products, items on Sale and Custom made orders. Ready to wear and Custom made orders cannot be returned/refunded based on an “I changed my mind basis” there needs to be defects. Exchanges are welcome at any stage.
