Refund Policy

RETURNS Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at LOHI we’re happy to accept returns on product that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LOHI when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. Just send us over an email at INFO@LOHI.FASHION and we’ll be happy to help you out. When sending us a mail, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure it's clearly stated on the product description for you. Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES Here at LOHI we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels. This applies to any item dispatch to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Exchanges take around 3-5 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LOHI when sent back. Luckily, Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. Just send us over an email at INFO@LOHI.FASHION and we’ll be happy to help you out. You can exchange your item for any size or any item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item. If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item. SALE ITEMS deals are not returnable for refund but acceptable for exchange base on availability only. Terms and condition apply. Shipping Policy

Les livraisons sont effectuées par DHL dès que le montant total de la commande est supérieure à 50 euros. Avec DHL la réception se fait entre 3 et 4 jours après expédition.

Sinon la livraison se fait par la Poste et les délais peuvent être de 10 à 25 jours en fonction du pays d'envoi (Pays-Bas, France, Bénin, Côte d'Ivoire).

Il se peut qu'il y ait une indisponibilité produits entre le moment où le produit est affiché disponible et le moment de la commande. Dans ce nous vous contacterons très rapidement après la commande.

Refund Policy
