*Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
*All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
*All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
*All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES:
*Items can only be exchange based on buyer's original size order.
*We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us.
*In a situation where item of choice is no longer available, buyer can choose another available item of equal value from our shop.
